Made to Order
Each item is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made before it is shipped out. If the item is designated as a "pre-order", it may take longer than 2 weeks to be made/shipped.

Shipping
Items are shipped out via USPS. After the item is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Shipping times are 5-7 business days within the US.
International shipping is available with limited tracking. International shipping can take up to a month depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds
No returns or refunds unless item is damaged on arrival.

Please send a photo of the damages via email for a consultation on repair.
